These will be your tasks

Responsibilities and Duties:

We are looking for a Conversational/Linguist Expert to work with us for a duration of 3 months on a full-time basis (7-8 hours a day) from their home office. As an integral part of the team, you will:

  • collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to suggest improvements and implement a few of your own
  • attend clients project meetings as well as events and conferences, with the option to travel
  • carefully analyze sensitive client data and organize it in a meaningful way
  • create the framework of our chatbot systems and monitor their performance to improve the accuracy of our products
  • be involved in pre-sales meetings, prepare pitches for events & conferences, design and improve our current marketing content
  • work independently on time-sensitive tasks
  • help with administrative tasks

You're offering these qualifications

We need a Conversational/Linguist Expert with:

  • proficiency in Portuguese and English languages (required)
  • work collaboratively with other data teams and scientific lines to identify and refine key data science problems and challenges
  • comfortable to analyze the data analysis as a core segment while creating the framework for our chatbot systems
  • helps in increasing the accuracy of our products by identifying patterns or nature of conversations
  • communicate progress and challenges to key stakeholders within the company and with external partners
  • strong analytical and quantitative abilities with excellent written and verbal communications
