At Enterprise Bot, we create AI-powered chatbots to automate customer interactions and provide enterprises with a readily accessible digital agent to improve customer experience and create operational efficiency. We offer a standard offering for its suite of products including AI chatbots (mainly for sales and customer service), email triage bots and an AI scheduling assistant.

Based in Switzerland, we focus on several languages such as English, German, French, Italian, and Dutch. We have been accelerated by Startupbootcamp, F10 in the past and supported by Generali Switzerland (we have an office in their Innovation Garage in Adliswil).

2018 has been a milestone year for us. Some of our key highlights for 2018 includes:

What we offer:

These will be your tasks

  • Manage incoming mails (sort & distribute) and prepare outgoing mail and courier shipments
  • Support the management for all administrative matters such as schedule appointments, management of the agenda, ensuring smooth set up of meetings and events, incoming post, and phone calls, organize paperwork
  • Accompany management team to meetings, take minutes of meetings when required
  • Manage social media/ conference applications when required
  • Make hotel and travel arrangements for Management team and employees, whenever required
  • Prepare and process expense reports for the management team
  • Support the HR department for the onboarding of new employees
  • Greets and assist visitors for various meeting
  • Ensure the office is maintained to a high standard at all time
  • Assist with Marketing and Communications Support through interactive and visual content

You're offering these qualifications

  • Experience in a similar position in an international company is a plus
  • English and German (native speaker) is a must and additional languages such as French is a huge plus
  • Strong team player, willing to learn and work on various tasks in an international and multi-lingual environment
  • Ability to take responsibility and think creatively in a fast pace tech-environment
  • High level of commitment with strong can-do attitude and flexibility
  • Excellent knowledge of Office Package (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), Google Mail environment, Slack etc.
  • Willingness to travel important and preferably should have a GA travel card
  • Photoshop a plus
